Our romantic escape was quite enjoyable thanks to the spacious, modern and clean accommodations. The apartment was fully stocked which was great since we didn’t have to worry about bringing anything. The location was great, we were in the heart of the city and everything was walking distance. One of the best aspects was the ease of check-in, even without interacting with people, the process was hassle-free.
On the negative side, the communication was lacking. We received a lot of information about how to enter the building but it was still confusing.

The location of the accommodation is ideal, situated in the heart of the Gaslamp district, close to all the attractions and amenities that I was looking for. I especially enjoyed sitting by the courtyard's fountain at night, it created a lovely ambiance. the customer service was excellent, they were easily reachable and promptly attended to any of my needs. the apartment itself was clean and well-stocked with all the necessary supplies.
I did experience some issues with noise from neighboring guests, which interrupted my sleep at times.

My Easter stay was delightful! the apartment was clean and cozy, and provided all necessary amenities like a washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchenware. the key location offered a beautiful view of the city and was very close to popular attractions such as Pike Market Place and the waterfront. the management provided excellent customer service, being very accommodating with early check-in requests.
there was some street noise that could be bothersome at times.
